Summary

Project DC Coast LLC operates Preflight. This policy describes current pilot behavior separately from planned paid-workspace features.

• Preflight does not sell borrower data.
• Preflight does not share borrower data with lenders, brokers or referral partners.
• Manual workspace purge removes source files, saved financials and extracted results after confirmation. Scheduled deletion is not yet active.

What is collected

• Account data: email address and sign-in details.
• Workspace data: uploaded documents, figures the user enters or approves, and extraction results.
• Support reports: only the page, issue category, browser family and screen size. No financial data, filenames or free text.
• Referral data: a partner code from a referral link, kept in the browser for up to 30 days to attribute a purchase.

How it is used

Workspace data is used to run the user's analysis. Documents selected for automated extraction are sent to an AI service provider to return figures for review. Provider retention and training practices must be verified before any broader no-retention or no-training assurance is offered.

No sale, no lender sharing

PreFlight never sells, rents or shares workspace data with lenders, brokers, partners or advertisers. A PreFlight Record leaves the workspace only when the user downloads it and chooses to share it.

Pilot retention and planned purchase window

Current pilot retention is measured over 30 days from first saved data and shown in the workspace. Manual deletion is available; the automated schedule is not yet active. Account login details and used run counts are not removed by a workspace purge.

For paid workspaces, pending checkout and archive activation, the raw-document, scenario and extraction-result window will be 90 days from verified purchase only. Generated Records will be retained separately for 12 months from purchase, surviving raw-data purge. Warnings are planned seven days and 24 hours before expiry. Current Records are browser-generated downloads, not a stored archive.

Manual purge

The "Purge workspace now" control permanently deletes all files, saved financials and extracted figures immediately after a two-step confirmation. Deleted data cannot be restored.

Access controls

The Service uses private account-scoped storage and short-lived document download links. Access controls are subject to verification before launch; this draft does not certify encryption, security or regulatory compliance.

Your rights

Users may access, correct or delete their data at any time from the workspace, and may request account deletion through in-app support. California and other state residents may have additional rights under applicable law.
